A military strike on Iran would turn the Middle East "into a ball of fire," said Mohamed ElBaradei, the head of the United Nations' nuclear watchdog agency.

House Resolution Calls for Naval Blockade against Iran
America’s powerful pro-Israel lobby pressures the US Congress

War is coming whether El Baradei want's it or not.

As that article states, a blockade is a declaration of war. Man oh man I think we're headed into a absolutely monumental time in human existence (i.e. the end of human existence). The reason I say that is because I came across some rabbinical interpretations of Balaam's prophesy in Numbers 24. Specifically the interpretation of Numbers 24:24 is this:

Christians armies from the Christian superpower [=Americans] will arrive in big ships [=war ships and carriers] to the area of Ashur [=Iraq, Iran] will fight them and will cause them severe damage. As a result, Ashur [=Iraq, Iran] will cause tortures (Has VeShalom) to the people of Israel (=Missile attack? Terror?). But eventually not only will Ashur be perished but also the Christian superpower, and the reign will go over to the Messiah King and the people of Israel.

This interpretation basically says: 1)The US(etc?) attack Iraq and Iran--> 2)Iran (Hezbollah, Hamas, Syria) attack Israel-->and 3) Christ the Messiah comes back to destroy Israel's enemies (and all unbelievers on the face of the earth)

This interpretation of Numbers 24:24 (I didn't know end times prophesy was even in Numbers until this past weekend) lines up amazingly well with what it says in Isaiah 13 about the events leading up to the Day of the Lord.

We could be incredibly close to The Day of the Lord. Seems completely surreal to even write this because the implications are HUGE, and comprehending it is near impossible.

Wow,
The Bible is an amazing thing. I agree with you. We are very close. The spiritual battle has also stepped it up a couple notches. Christians and a Christian/moral lifestyle are under attack from all directions. Especially fro you, my brother, in Canada.

I pray for your safety, as well as for all who follow in Jesus's path during these increasingly dark days.

Jerry Golden wrote a piece on his web page the other day that was very comforting. He wrote:

I was caught in a force 10 storm with waves breaking over my mask and tearing the boat to pieces. It looked like there was no way I would make it or that anyone would ever see me again.

“I remember saying to God, Father, Yeshua prayed and you calmed the seas, please calm these seas for me in Yeshua’s Name. I learned something about prayer that has helped my prayer life for the years since this has happened. God said to me, “I would that you should pray that I should calm the storm in you.” I prayed that prayer, and in an instant that storm outside made no difference to me any longer, for it became as if I was taking a nice walk on the beach. My mind became clear and I knew all was well between God and Jerry Golden. What God had just taught me was so precious; real prayer originates in Heaven, not in your mind. It is not your will, but His Will that must be done. We must learn to pray God’s Will into our lives. Until the day when His Will and His Word become ours as well, we must be one with Him.”

We can read God’s Word over and over again, but until we experience it in our very soul we will not have revelation of the Word. When God gives a man or women a mission and they know they have heard from God they have little choice but to be obedient knowing the seriousness of turning ones back on God.

May God's will continue to bless you and your family ET.

Thank you for your prayers NB. We do live in very unholy times, but these are very light and momentary troubles 2 Corinthians 4:

17 For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! 18 So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.

Jerry Golden = great stuff!!
