If this is correct, it is unbelievable. The alliance of Psalm 83 is forming:

Even though I think 2007 could be significant because it's "1967+40", or one generation from when Jerusalem returned to Israel's regathered remnant, I don't think it's good for us to continuously name dates for Christ's return. What are we trying to do by doing this? Are we "power tripping" by saying: "God told ME in a dream the rapture is going to be tomorrow", and if it doesn't happen: "scratch that, it'll be next week", "scratch that next month", etc.

Honestly I was being taken on that bandwagon of "date guessing" for awhile there probably because I was convinced that 40 years is incredibly significant in God's eye's and so was 1967. But a guy named Charles on one of the forums set me back on the right track. He reminded me of Acts 1:6-7, which states:

6 So when the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking him, “Lord, has the time come for you to free Israel and restore our kingdom?”

7 He replied, “The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and they are not for you to know.

"The [dates] are not for you to know"

WOW, does that ever speak volumes to me. I'd be extremely wary of people who say: "Christ told me He's coming back on December XX, 2007", or "by the end of 2007", or whatever date. Acts 1 clearly says that the date of His return is not for us to know; not then, not now, and not in the future.

Then why do supposedly spirit-led Christians insist that God told them it WILL be before 2007 is over? We don't know, we won't know exactly when it happens, until it happens. We know we are in the general season, but that's it.

Matthew 24:
2"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

Good point. I don't know why they do it either.

I thought the "time speeding up" thing was interesting tho.
