A Religious War in Israel's Army

IDF Soldiers say Rabbis pushed "religious war" in Gaza (Ya so; what's the big deal? It's about time the MSM wakes up and realizes that the ENTIRE WORLD is currently embroiled in a religious war against Islam)
JERUSALEM, March 20 (Reuters) - Rabbis in the Israeli army told battlefield troops in January's Gaza offensive they were fighting a "religious war" against gentiles, according to one army commander's account published on Friday. "Their message was very clear: we are the Jewish people, we came to this land by a miracle, God brought us back to this land and now we need to fight to expel the gentiles who are interfering with our conquest of this holy land," he said.

The Coming War
The Middle East will be the site of “the coming war,” and Israel will be at it’s epicenter. If we survive as a nation, the U.S. will not be on the side of righteousness in this war, instead turning our back to - or our guns against - our only true friend in the Middle East: Israel.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas: 'Jerusalem is the key to peace'

Speaking at an event marking 'Jerusalem, Capital of Arab Culture for 2009' Day in Bethlehem, Abbas asserted that Israel's policies of "racism, oppression, land-grabbing and demolitions" must stop before peace negotiations could continue.

He also called on Palestinians to "stand up for Jerusalem, the capital of Palestine."

Zechariah 12:
1 This message concerning the fate of Israel came from the Lord: “This message is from the Lord, who stretched out the heavens, laid the foundations of the earth, and formed the human spirit. 2 I will make Jerusalem like an intoxicating drink that makes the nearby nations stagger when they send their armies to besiege Jerusalem and Judah. 3 On that day I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock. All the nations will gather against it to try to move it, but they will only hurt themselves...

7 “The Lord will give victory to the rest of Judah first, before Jerusalem, so that the people of Jerusalem and the royal line of David will not have greater honor than the rest of Judah. 8 On that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem; the weakest among them will be as mighty as King David! And the royal descendants will be like God, like the angel of the Lord who goes before them! 9 For on that day I will begin to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

10 “Then I will pour out a spirit of grace and prayer on the family of David and on the people of Jerusalem. They will look on me whom they have pierced and mourn for him as for an only son. They will grieve bitterly for him as for a firstborn son who has died.

EU protests Israel's "illegal" takeover of Jerusalem

An internal European Union document obtained by Reuters this week accuses Israel of illegally taking over the eastern half of Jerusalem and then discriminating against its Arab residents.

The document, which is dated December 15 of last year, says that Israel has accelerated its "illegal annexation" of Jerusalem in order to keep the city united under Israeli sovereignty as part of any peace settlement.

News of the document came just days after visiting US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton indicated that the Obama Administration also does not recognize Israel's sovereignty over the eastern half of Jerusalem.

The Supreme Leader clutching AK-47 at Friday Prayers

Apparently Khamenei doesn't want to be best buddies with Obama...

Iran's Supreme Leader dismisses Obama Overtures
Khamenei, wearing a black turban and dark robes, said America was hated around the world for its arrogance, as the crowd chanted "Death to America."

It finally came to me that hussien obama is not for Israel. The United States! I never would have imagined this. Israel knows it as well. My husband has always said if we as a country no longer support Israel then we would pick up and move to Israel. He hasn't said anything so far. I'm just so beside myself with everything that is happening in this country. I truly feel this obama guy is evil in a way. I feel he doesn't have the best in mind for this country. He is angry and will take it out on this country. I'm keeping my eyes on Christ.

Hi Kelly,

Well all I can say to that is: 'get ready to move'.

I don't see anything remotely pro-Israel in Obama other than his empty words. I know God sees the same thing, and that's probably a big reason why America's reign as the leader in the world is coming to an end. Obama's single economic policy of shoveling taxpayers' money at every problem is contributing to this end.

With America gone, Ahmadinejad has said:

"If the West does not support Israel, this regime [Israel] will be toppled. As it has lost its raison d'etre [reason for being], Israel will be annihilated."

Your country is the last bastion of Zionist support outside Israel. Certainly my country (Canada) and Europe are long down the left-wing ideology of wooing the 'poor Palestinians in Palestine'. Few have the Biblical view of what God WILL accomplish between the Euphrates and Nile rivers. And few will be ready when Christ comes back to abruptly fulfill that plan.

I am unpleasantly surprised at how spiritually blind 95% of the world is, but of course the world's been here before - in the days of Noah and Lot.

Most are very slow to hear what God is saying.
