Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Sunday slammed Labor Party Chairman Ehud Barak's efforts to join the government, saying that the incoming right-wing government was likely to bring the State of Israel into unprecedented isolation.

We've not chatted in a while, but I view your site almost daily. It is amazing how fast prophacy is unfolding these days, and how blind the world is to the reality around them. I'm heading back to an assignment in DC this summer after 15 yrs overseas. I can hardly recognize the country I call my own.

What I find especially concerning is that people in my church are rather blind to what is going on in the world, and they don't really want to hear about the LBL beast of Daniel 7, Revelation 13 and Revelation 16:12-16. They completely miss seeing the last enemy of Christians and Jews before Christ's return.
Consequently they don't recognize the accuracy and relevance of prophesy to our current day; consequently they are off worrying about things that will not matter "...in the twinkling of an eye."
If they recognized where we are on God's prophetic time table they would be a whole lot less casual about their relationship with Christ. It's all very Loadicean (Rev 3) in the churches up here in Canada. Not at all coincidental that that describes the conditions of the last of the seven churches in Revelation.
Welcome back to North America. Sorry that your country is not the same one you left 15 years ago (under pres. BHO, I only see it getting worse).

I concur with your problems with fellow Christians here in SA, most I talk to are either totally disinterested and have no knowledge of end times prophesy or they are so wrapped up in their lives, global warming and their own walks with Christ that they see me as a radical. This is across most denominations and even includes my wife who calls me Mr. Doom & Gloom!
Lets pray for eyes to be opened and souls to be harvested by our Gracious Lord.
