Hi Endtime- Whats your take on the blood moons lining up with the feast days in 2014 and 2015? I find it pretty compelling as it also lines up with year of Sabbath rest followed by the Jubilee year and 49yrs [seven sevens]since Jerusalems liberation in 1967.

Explanation of Blood Red Moons in 2014, 2015

I was reading the above article and found it pretty interesting/intriguing. This theory 'hopes' that a comprehensive peace agreement will be signed between Islam and Israel this year, and 7 years later - Christ will return. I don't agree with that. I like Skolfield's explanation of Daniel's 70th year as being a unique "series of 7 years". I certainly don't see an anti-Christ coming out of the EU with a breakthrough peace agreement completed by the end of '08. But then I've completely given up being a traditionalist in my eschatology about 2.5 years ago.

I do think there may be a "more than coincidental" pattern with the lunar eclipses and Jewish milestones, but I have also given up trying to listen to, or pinpoint possible dates for Christ's return in light of the following verses:

Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not. Luke 12:40 KJV

I like how the NLT puts it:

You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.
Luke 12:40 NLT

Also Acts 1:6-7 should be heeded:

6 So when the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking him, “Lord, has the time come for you to free Israel and restore our kingdom?”

7 He replied, “The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and they are not for you to know.

If Jesus' own apostles were not to know when He was coming back, I don't think we're going to be able to determine the timing that God has in mind.

The two verses above say:

1. Jesus will come when we LEAST expect him (not MOST expect him)- so be ready all the time.

2. God has not/will not reveal when exactly the Son is coming back. It is not disclosed in a pattern of solar eclipses, nor is it disclosed in some "Bible code". It is just plain hidden to all mankind until the day of God's own choosing.

That's my 2 bits.
