This world will never be the same! Warning from Lion-Bear-Leopard territory: [Nuclear] Pakistan is in danger of collapse within months...

"We have to face the fact that if Pakistan collapses it will dwarf anything we have seen so far in whatever we're calling the war on terror now," said David Kilcullen, a former Australian Army officer who was a specialist adviser for the Bush administration and is now a consultant to the Obama White House.

"You just can't say that you're not going to worry about al-Qaeda taking control of Pakistan and its nukes," he said... Pakistan has 173 million people and 100 nuclear weapons, an army which is bigger than the American army, and the headquarters of al-Qaeda sitting in two-thirds of the country which the Government does not control,"

Warning to today's church of Laodicea:

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
Luke 21:33

Bruce Metzger:
In the entire range of ancient Greek and Latin literature, [Homer's] Iliad ranks next to the New Testament in possessing the greatest amount of manuscript testimony. There are 643 copies of the Iliad and over 24,000 handwritten copies of the New Testament.

Geisler and Nix:
Only 40 lines (400 words) of the new Testament are in doubt whereas 764 lines of the Iliad are questioned. This five percent textual corruption compares with one-half of one percent of similar emendations in the New Testament.

Sir Frederic Kenyon:
One word of warning already referred to must be emphasized in conclusion. No fundamental doctrine of the Christian faith rests on a disputed reading.

It cannot be too strongly asserted that in substance the text of the Bible is certain: especially is this the case with the New Testament. The number of manuscripts of the New Testament, of early translations from it, and quotations from it in the oldest writers of the Church, is so large that it is practically certain that the true reading of every doubtful passage is preserved in some one or other of these ancient authorities. This can be said of no other book in the world...

the last foundation for any doubt that the Scriptures have come down to us substantially as they were written has now been removed.

There will be lots of excuses but none valid when Jesus returns.
