Interesting headline:
Hamas plans to defeat Israeli force with epic "last stand" at Gaza City

I've heard that DEBKAfile has links to the Mossad. If this headline is proved credible it must be true (how else would they be able to know this?).

Interesting times we live in. Israel is under increasing scrutiny and pressure from world leaders. These world leaders are describing Israel's actions in Gaza as "excessive force". It'll be very interesting to see where this ends up as I think we're watching Bible prophecy unfold before our eyes. Will Syria invade Israel's mountains in retaliation? Will Israel try and take out Hamas' leader in exile, Khaled Meshal, in Damascus? Will Damascus soon be razed? Will Iran retaliate against Israel? Prophesy tells us to expect such things. The only question is: are we about to see these things fulfilled. Very exciting stuff. Too bad 99% of the churches in my town are completely oblivious to the possibility and not keen on listening. Laodicean?

Call me an alarmist and tell me that many people have expected these things to happen within their generation in the past, but look at the possibilities for it happening in our generation! Israel has conquered Jerusalem (1967); Iran and Russia are lining up perfectly; the world looks ever more so much like Sodom and Gomorrah. We now have the ability to understand Daniel's days prophesies, which can only be understood in retrospect (i.e. looking back).

God is patient, but he's not infinitely patient! The unrepentant have to be dealt with; justice will have to be served. Praise Jesus Christ he can be our protection from God's coming wrath.

We don't know exactly when these things are about to happen but the season is right - the fig tree (Israel) has bloomed. Let's be sure we're prepared when the bride groom comes!

Romans 2:
5 But because you are stubborn and refuse to turn from your sin, you are storing up terrible punishment for yourself. For a day of anger is coming, when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed. 6 He will judge everyone according to what they have done. 7 He will give eternal life to those who keep on doing good, seeking after the glory and honor and immortality that God offers. 8 But he will pour out his anger and wrath on those who live for themselves, who refuse to obey the truth and instead live lives of wickedness. 9 There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on doing what is evil—for the Jew first and also for the Gentile.[a] 10 But there will be glory and honor and peace from God for all who do good—for the Jew first and also for the Gentile. 11 For God does not show favoritism. A Message about Philistia (Gaza)
Isaiah 14:
28
This message came to me the year King Ahaz died:

29 Do not rejoice, you Philistines,
that the rod that struck you is broken—
that the king who attacked you is dead.
For from that snake a more poisonous snake will be born,
a fiery serpent to destroy you!
30 I will feed the poor in my pasture;
the needy will lie down in peace.
But as for you, I will wipe you out with famine
and destroy the few who remain.
31 Wail at the gates! Weep in the cities!
Melt with fear, you Philistines!
A powerful army comes like smoke from the north.
Each soldier rushes forward eager to fight.

32 What should we tell the Philistine messengers? Tell them,

“The Lord has built Jerusalem;
its walls will give refuge to his oppressed people.”

Range of Hamas rockets

More than 6,300 rockets and missiles have been fired at Israel by Hamas since Israel withdrew its military forces from Gaza in 2005.
