Nuclear Pakistan to defend borders against US military incursions
Pakistan's leaders have pledged to defend their national territory if America launches further cross-border attacks.
Does anyone else see the pattern here? Now Pakistan is getting into the fray. This war with Islam is enlarging. Of course, this is exactly how the Bible predicts it. As pointed out in Ellis Skolfield's The False Prophet, the Lion-Bear-Leopard beast of Daniel 7 has come to life again in Revelation 13:2, and will be calling the world to Armageddon as per Revelation 16:14.
Daniel 7, Revelation 13:2 and the 'beast in Revelation 16:13 are all talking about the same beast. On this 9/11 anniversary, we can recognize it as the Islamic scourge that will last and get worse until Christ returns to defeat it. I sure wish the western world leaders would still abide by the Word of God. There's so much wisdom in there being completely ignored. Of course, I see today's church ignoring the Bible as well.
Perhaps we'd be able to avoid some of "Mother Nature's" catastrophes if we paid attention to God's Word. Israel suffered terribly because she would not listen. Do we need any more evidence of the consequences of disobedience and rebellion? We can't 'win' against God - it's either His way, or destruction.

We’re on Galveston Island just southeast of Houston which will be a very poor place to be Friday night.
Hurricane Ike is on the way, and the national weather service has released the most dire statement I have ever seen in my career.
“Life threatening inundation likely!” according to the weather service, and then this startling sentence.
“Persons not heeding evacuation orders in single family one or two story homes will face certain death.”
The weather service is not supposed to use hyperbole, so what is being said at this hour is chilling.
