I have not posted any comments because I'm stunned and holding my breath for the most part. It's like I'm waiting to see what happens...waiting and praying daily. My husband says it might get alot worse. Ok I know nothing is impacting me yet except the gas prices and more for food but it just all seems to be hanging on a thread ready to snap at any moment. So...I'm doing something good. I've decided to reread my bible for the forth time. Surely I can learn something that I didn't learn before. Plus it helps my nerves. Anyone else a bit nervous? I too think we're in the very last days, 'hanging by a thread'. It's all setting up for a final battle involving Israel, and Jesus Christ is very personally going to come down from heaven to win this last war for Jacob's remnant. I know my chronology of future events doesn't match the predominant eschatological theories out there today, but that's how I read my Bible. Today's Christians are completely missing the significance of Islam, as the last enemy of Christ's church. They have no answer for Islam, even though Muslims have had their Al Aqsa mosque "sitting in the holy place" for 1,500 years.
The vast majority are sound asleep (inside and outside of today's Laodicean church - especially my church). But I think you're doing the right thing - walking closely with God, listening for what He wants you to accomplish in these last days. We still need to be making disciples until the last trumpet call of 1 Corinthians 15:51-52. Pray for the starving of the world, who are really suffering due to unprecedented price inflation.
Israel's suffering is over: Jacob's trouble is over. We should all be preparing to meet the Master.
Matthew 24: 15 “The day is coming when you will see what Daniel the prophet spoke about—the sacrilegious object that causes desecration[a] standing in the Holy Place.” (Reader, pay attention!) 16 “Then those in Judea must flee to the hills. 17 A person out on the deck of a roof must not go down into the house to pack. 18 A person out in the field must not return even to get a coat. 19 How terrible it will be for pregnant women and for nursing mothers in those days. 20 And pray that your flight will not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For there will be greater anguish than at any time since the world began. And it will never be so great again. 22 In fact, unless that time of calamity is shortened, not a single person will survive. But it will be shortened for the sake of God’s chosen ones.
