Gantz: 2012 will be a critical year regarding Iran IDF Chief of Staff Lt.- Gen. Benny Gantz said Tuesday that 2012 would be a critical year regarding Iran and that there may be more "unnatural" events that happen to them.
The RT story about building hospitals IMO implies a ground troop invasion of Iran, which I find hard to believe due to the topography of Iran. Too mountainous.

If America attacks Iran I believe it will be through missiles and air assaults (bunker buster bombs), possibly throw in a couple nukes. I don't see Obama doing it though, but pre-election anything is possible.
Hyperinflation: Iran's currency is going down the tubes last I read, which means it's much more expensive to buy imports, hence hyperinflation.
Ezekiel 38 says there's going to be a war involving Iran. Only question is when.
re too mountainous: good point. there's no way we could pull off a ground invasion of iran -- not an leave every other part of the world vulnerable.
i did see somewhere a couple of years ago some pentagon study done where the US could capture the oil producing part of iran and/or just take control of irans side of the straits of H for awhile to several miles inland.
if obama manages to pull off a "successful" war against iran, and as a result (maybe with soros hedge fund help) gas prices go back below $2/gallon, he'll win reelection for sure (and the US will be sunk for sure.)
re ezk 38: it's kinda cool to know how it ends but not to know how we get there. imagine if you were in 1928 and being told that there would be economic and military catastrophe but in the end america/canada would come out of it great but you would not have any details of how or timing.
Being alive post-1948 and post-1967 when Israel again became a nation and when Israel captured the Temple Mount respectively are indicative that we are nearing an abrupt end.
That's exciting stuff (huge understatement) especially considering all the turmoil in the world. How do non-Christians sleep at night? Unfortunately I think they sleep at night because they are spiritually asleep and not seeing the significance of what is going on.
