We should really consider recognizing this as a religious war before our heads are cut off. I don't see any local Muslims preaching against the actions of these "militant groups" using the precepts of their "religion of peace" in the Dar al-harb. You know why? It's because their Quran and 'hate-iths' fully support fighting against (aka killing) non-Muslims. Muslims who deny this are either practising taqiya (lying) or are utterly ignorant of their quran, hadiths, and mohammad's own example.
