The End of Days is developing

Vladimir Putin to deploy Russia's largest warship to decimate ISIS once and for all:
"The Russian president is to dispatch the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier plus 30 jet fighters and attack helicopters to the war-torn country in an attempt to destroy the terror group for good."

Forces at the Doorstep of ISIS' Apocalyptic Battlefield Dabiq
"While attention is focused on upcoming offensives against Mosul and Raqqa, rebel forces are on the doorstep of Dabiq, ISIS' most prized land."

Dabiq is where ISIS believes an apocalyptic End Times battle will happen between the “true” Muslims and the enemies of Islam -- enemies that include the U.S. and perhaps European forces acting as modern incarnations of the “Roman” invaders foretold in prophecy.

Couple interesting points:
  • Putin is wanting to put an end to ISIS, which has risen up from the Euphrates (see The 4 angels and ISIS).
  • ISIS, representing Islam (don't let the media fool you - ISIS is following the commands of Mohammad), and the religion of Islam, which has its abomination of desolation mosque on Mount Moriah, the Temple Mount, is preparing to fight its Armageddon battle in Dabiq. Inscribed on the Dome of the Rock are words denying Jesus is the Son of God and denying the existence of the Trinity. When an anti-Christian, anti-Jew religion sets up an abomination to the only God on the Temple Mount we should probably be paying attention!! Even if it happened long ago and doesn't fit today's Laodicean church End Times theology.

Luke 21:36
Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I didn't get a notification that you commented on my blog.
Interesting article you point to. I don't know how to interpret 2 thessalonians 2. I have a couple interpretations depending on whether the temple of God is taken to be Mount Moriah in Jerusalem, or as temple= we "are the temple of God." (2 Corinthians 6:16).

No doubt lawlessness is increasing as per Matthew 24:
12 Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
