Nuclear watchdog says Iran still evasive on nuke issues

Latest deadline for the P5+1 Iran talks is November 24th. Is there simply going to be further delay in getting a deal done? I think there will either be further delay, a bad deal, or no deal and an end to talks - most probable is further delay.
