Obama can't seem to earn his peace prize

Obama acknowledges need for a 'pause' in talks
"The two sides had agreed to resume negotiations in July and to keep talking for at least nine months. But with the clock ticking down to Tuesday’s deadline, the US-backed talks appear to have hit a brick wall."

Peace talks are to continue for another "nine months" after the current nine months of peace talks officially end in failure next Tuesday. Interesting that nine months has twice been chosen now. Perhaps prophetic even. Notice that the scripture I quote out of Isaiah 66 below is from VERSE 9 (lol).

All declared that no more than nine months was necessary as the gestation period to achieve a peace deal between Israel and its enemies. Talks formally started on 29 July 2013, and the agreement was to be born by 29 April 2014.  Talks, of course, will end in failure next Tuesday. Is there going to be a major conflagration between Israel  and the "Palestinians" now that Abbas has rejoined with Hamas terrorists? For that matter, is WW3 going to start in the Ukraine with Russia and its allies against the West and will this spill over to Israel?

I said earlier on this blog that I don't believe the triad of blood moons is significant, but we undoubtedly live in interesting times with Israel re-established on one day in 1948 and with the re-capture of the Temple Mount by Israel in 1967. I've been saying that on this blog for the last, yes, 9 years, as I started this blog nine years ago (wow, time flies).

Expect big things to happen in this generation for those reasons, whether "triad" related or not. How and where exactly will this next world war ignite? Israel, Iran, Ukraine, Russia, China/Japan? Perhaps Russia will move into the Ukraine and Iran will see opportunity to attack Israel as the world's attention is drawn away. The question is 'when' not 'if' the war will occur, and sadly the vast majority of people are sound asleep to where we are on God's calendar.

Isaiah 66:9 Would I ever bring this nation to the point of birth and then not deliver it?” asks the Lord.“No! I would never keep this nation from being born,” says your God.10 “Rejoice with Jerusalem!    Be glad with her, all you who love her    and all you who mourn for her.11 Drink deeply of her glory even as an infant drinks at its mother’s comforting breasts.”12 This is what the Lord says:“I will give Jerusalem a river of peace and prosperity. The wealth of the nations will flow to her.Her children will be nursed at her breasts, carried in her arms, and held on her lap.13 I will comfort you there in Jerusalem as a mother comforts her child.”14 When you see these things, your heart will rejoice. You will flourish like the grass!Everyone will see the Lord’s hand of blessing on his servants— and his anger against his enemies.15 See, the Lord is coming with fire, and his swift chariots roar like a whirlwind. He will bring punishment with the fury of his anger and the flaming fire of his hot rebuke.16 The Lord will punish the world by fire and by his sword. He will judge the earth, and many will be killed by him.
