Obama's second 'red line' has been crossed. Now what?

Syria Begins Using Chemical Weapons, Film and Witnesses
"Al-Jazeera reported on Monday morning that seven Syrian rebel fighters were killed and a number of others injured at their base in Homs by toxic gas inhalation. Officials at the base reported that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's forces sprayed the gas."

Obama's first "red line" threat was against Assad moving his chemical weapons - and they were moved. Then it was the use of chemical weapons on the "freedom fighters". Now it appears chemical weapons have been used, so where's the consequence of crossing Obama's second red line?

When's my tee time?
