News of Terrorism and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict
(March 13-20, 2012)

Mortar shell fire continues to target Israel's south. This past week nine rocket hits were identified, including long-range rockets, and four mortar shell hits.
An anti-Semitic terrorist attack was carried out at a Jewish school in Toulouse, France. An armed terrorist riding a motorcycle opened fire, killing a teacher, his two children, and the daughter of the school principal. High-ranking French politicians strongly condemned the attack.
Preparations continue in various locations for the March 30 propaganda events. This past week the Asian convoy passed through Iran on its way to Turkey, and from there to Lebanon. The convoy members met with the Iranian president and other senior figures, who praised them and called for an end to the existence of the "Zionist regime" [i.e., Israel].
