Israel-Lebanese border nowhere near secure three years after Lebanon War
After the explosion on July 15, UNIFIL headquarters was forced to admit to the presence of the arms depot as a gross violation of 1701.

Hezb'allah is obviously violating UN Resolution 1701
Israel said Wednesday that a two-story building that held a Hezbollah arms cache exploded in a village in southern Lebanon a day earlier and that the arsenal was a violation of the United Nations resolution that brought an end to the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah war.

Joel 3:
1 “At the time of those events,” says the Lord,
“when I restore the prosperity of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will gather the armies of the world
into the valley of Jehoshaphat.
There I will judge them
for harming my people, my special possession,
for scattering my people among the nations,
and for dividing up my land.

Restoring the prosperity of Judah and Jerusalem has been ongoing since May 14, 1948. The world, represented by the UN, is complicit in the re-arming of Israel's enemies. Therefore it can be argued that the armies of the world are already gathered to fight Israel.
