Bumbler in Chief Obama is about to speak, probably going to announce a military hit to save his reputation and do something about the crossing of his "red line". Too bad Assad has already moved all his valued military assets underground, and replaced them with human shields. Perhaps next time Obama won't give 9 days notice as he forms a coalition with one other country (France) before he decides to act after setting a red line. We'll see.
