Diplomats attached to the International Atomic Energy Agency IAEA disclosed Friday, Sept. 25, an Iranian letter to its director Mohamed ElBaradei admitting the existence of a second uranium enrichment plant in addition to Natanz. Its location and capacity remain secret.
