Muslim photo raises Obama connection questions
As reported by The Australian in January, a crowd of some 2,000 Kenyans attacked Christians in Eldoret, a community about 300 kilometers west of Nairobi, where the Christians were being hunted down by machete-wielding assailants and hid inside pit latrines and fled for refuge to the community's Assemblies of God Christian church.

The Obama-muslim connection question aside (although it is disconcerting), that horrific church burning in January was so terrible, I suspected there might be a connection to Islam's continued persecution of Christians. Finally a news source (WND) reports some truth to this story as it was not merely a 'tribal conflict', but also as a religious conflict between Muslims and Christians. Yet again Christians are being slaughtered in the name of Islam and we're getting false reports from the mainstream media that it was merely a 'tribal' conflict.

As well, Obama's alleged ties to Kenya's Odinga, who has admitted signing an MOU to forceably move Kenya to Islamic Sharia law (to the likely fatal detriment of the 80% of Kenyans who are Christian) - that's enough to make the hairs on the back of my neck stand on edge. Undoubtedly you've all heard how mesmerizing Obama's election rallies are - is there a spiritual connection to the euphoria?

I'm not American, but I would sincerely encourage my American brothers and sisters in Christ to pray sincerely for the outcome of this year's presidential election. If you've been reading this blog in the last while at all, you know that I feel very certain that Islam is the final enemy of Christ's church. I also feel that the upcoming U.S. election is very much a spiritual battle that will shape world events in the final chapter of this age.

Conservative students not caught in Obama-mania [my comments in parenthesis]
Obama supporters at the polls Tuesday said they favored his opposition to the war in Iraq [you can't hide from a war declared on you], concern for the environment [the global warming contention is a dubious argument - 30 years ago it was all about 'global cooling'] and desire to offer health care to more Americans [America is already crippled by debt and can't afford it]...

"He's been a senator for three years, and he's just going to change all that?" said Scott Schreiber, 22, a senior at UWSP. "I don't think so."

Hi Endtime,
So where to from here? I have read "The Last Prophet" and am starting the "Islam Review", have found them fasinating. This changes the scenarios of some 'end time' debates. What is your take on things to come?
There have been 3 earthquakes in the past few days and hardly any news coverage.....
Read this article: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23356049 and this has become very prevalent here in South Africa...
Have a great day!
Yours in Christ

"This changes the scenarios of some 'end time' debates" - lol, that's an understatement, Jeri! If The False Prophet contentions are true, it completely throws out the traditional eschatological views. It's been about 2 years since I first read Ellis Skolfield's book, and I haven't seen anything but a further fulfillment of what Dr. Skolfield says in the book - Islam is the final enemy of the church.

Where to from here? I'm expecting that Islam will eventually lead us to the battle of Armageddon (Revelation 16:12-16), the "great judgment day"(vs. 14). I think Revelation 16 clearly shows that the LBL beast and the "false prophet" will lead us there - who's the biggest false prophet out there? He's got 1.3 billion people deceived. It isn't a BIG mystery.

Regarding the quakes and TB epidemic, I consider those part of the linear historic fulfillment of Revelation. That's my view of Revelation, by the way - a "linear historic revelation to the church of Christ". That's why I'm thinking the 6th angel has already poured his bowl on the Euphrates River (Rev 16:12) and released the three evil spirits. And you know where the Euphrates River flows, right? Right through the center of Iraq, ancient Babylon - the center of world chaos today (Isaiah 13).

We're into the last days of this age.

Hi Jeri, ET,
Jeri, I'm in Mauto, Mozambique and the tale of HIV and TB is just beginning to unfold. A recent report yet to be released indicates that 80% of all HIV cases have TB. Additionally 10% of those that do not have TB yet, will develop TB per year.

The US has a policy that it will not discriminate against any one with HIV. TB, however, is a public health menace that is getting worse. This rapidly increasing combination is going to start changing the way the world looks at HIV.

Multidrug Resistant (MDR) TB and Extremely resistant (XDR) TB are the fastest rising form of TB in sub-saharan africa. I test myself for exposeure to TB every six months.

Tragically politics is at play and once again, God is going to humble man into understanding that he knows nothing.
