IDF forces entered southern Gaza before dawn on Friday in a pinpoint operation against the terror infrastructure. Clashes erupted between Palestinian gunmen and IDF soldiers, there were no reports of injuries. On Sunday, the security cabinet is due to convene to discuss Israel's response to the recent upsurge in Kassam rocket attacks, including Tuesday morning Kassam rocket attack on the Zikim military base in which 69 soldiers were wounded.
The Ishmaelites are desperately seeking the destruction of Zion (Psalm 83); spending tens of millions on nuclear weapons, but it will all be for nothing when the God of Israel wipes them out in a split second. It would be infinitely and eternally better for them if they would recognize and humble themselves before Jehovah. I thank God that I can be counted as a wild branch in the Jewish olive tree (Romans 11:17-18) - because in the soon coming end of this age, Israel will be absolutely victorious.
Amos 9:
11 “In that day I will restore the fallen house of David.
I will repair its damaged walls.
From the ruins I will rebuild it
and restore its former glory.
12 And Israel will possess what is left of Edom
and all the nations I have called to be mine.”
The L
ord has spoken,
and he will do these things.
13 “The time will come,” says the Lord,
“when the grain and grapes will grow faster
than they can be harvested.
Then the terraced vineyards on the hills of Israel
will drip with sweet wine!
14 I will bring my exiled people of Israel
back from distant lands,
and they will rebuild their ruined cities
and live in them again.
They will plant vineyards and gardens;
they will eat their crops and drink their wine.
15 I will firmly plant them there
in their own land.
They will never again be uprooted
from the land I have given them,”
says the Lord your God.
Isaiah 4:
2 But in that day, the branch of the L
ord will be beautiful and glorious;
the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory
of all who survive in Israel.
3 All who remain in Zion
will be a holy people—
those who survive the destruction of Jerusalem
and are recorded among the living.
4 The Lord will wash the filth from beautiful Zion
and cleanse Jerusalem of its bloodstains
with the hot breath of fiery judgment.
5 Then the L
ord will provide shade for Mount Zion
and all who assemble there.
He will provide a canopy of cloud during the day
and smoke and flaming fire at night,
covering the glorious land.
6 It will be a shelter from daytime heat
and a hiding place from storms and rain.
