Tehran has added 20 percent to its
nuclear fuel stockpile in the 18 months of talks with the world powers,
contrary to President Barack Obama’s claim that Iran had “frozen” its
program during that period, and complicating the negotiations’ outcome.
This development was documented in the International Atomic Energy
Agency’s report on May 29, which also found that Tehran had halted work
on potentially bomb-making facilities. (how would the IAEA know since they're not given access to all of Iran's suspected sites?!)
The Obama administration will have to convince Congress and US allies that Iran will shrink its stockpile by 96 percent after a final deal is signed and maintain only a small stockpile for 15 years, according to unnamed US officials. They admitted this was a problem, when asked about the talks which Secretary of State John Kerry has been trying to keep confidential.
