Negotiations are over! Iran's not even on the same page. The only country threatening to annihilate the others is Iran, so they can't be allowed WMD's. This stand-off precludes a world war. Iran needs real pressure to back off their nuclear weapons - sanctions!! - but the Obamanation administration just removed most of those and removed all international determination to keep them applied.
