Muslims Angry Over U.S. Military 'Jesus' Rifles

"...falses message that we are at war with Islam?" Although no world leader is saying it, it's quite obvious that 98% of modern-day terrorist attacks are carried out by Muslims. So isn't it quite obvious that we are at war with Islam, because that "religion" has declared war on us since its inception?
